We "put our money where our mouth is," with our 2-year guarantee on trees, shrubs and evergreens. Our goal is to help our customers enjoy a positive experience with the plants and products purchased from Four Seasons. To that end, we have a trained staff of employees who really love plants and are happy to help you select the varieties that will perform nicely in your landscape. Many of our sales staff are Master Gardeners and Indiana Accredited Horticulturists. Bottom line is this: We care about our customers and will do what it takes to help you enjoy your landscape plants now, 5 years from now and 15 years from now.

Our 2-Year Guarantee

Our trees, shrubs and evergreens are guaranteed for 2 years to grow when planted in the ground and when following our planting and watering instructions. Guarantee excludes annuals, perennials, roses, ornamental grasses, and ground covers.

If the plant appears unhealthy or is not growing as it should, you must contact us immediately so our accredited horticulturists can identify the cause. If the plant dies within 24 months of purchase, despite our best efforts to restore its health, you will need to contact us for an RMA to return the dead plant along with your receipt. We will then give you a credit for the amount paid for that plant, excluding labor and materials, to be used toward the purchase of a replacement plant.

Our 2-year guarantee covers only the original plant purchased; free replacements are not covered, nor are materials or any labor for delivery or installation of replacement plant. Our guarantee excludes failures caused by negligent "failure to maintain", animal damage, accidental injury or casualty damage after planting. No cash refunds. Non-transferable.
